public final class PolarStereographicB extends MapProjection
The provider for "Polar Stereographic (Variant B)" projection (EPSG:9829). This provider includes a "Latitude of standard parallel" parameter and determines the hemisphere of the projection from that parameter value.

      Creates a map projection on an ellipsoid having a semi-major axis length of 1. The default implementation creates a projection for the "Polar Stereographic" case only. Subclasses need to override if they want to support other cases (oblique and equatorial).
