Maybe you'd like some previews?
Start fontlinge_base again. Use the option --previews.
The program will generate a png-Image of every font it finds beside the ttf/otf-file or inside the PostScript-folder. Note: We can't handle fonts that Linux cannot handle, so: No MultipleMaster-previews. Sorry.
You may give the --my-preview=MYCODE option. MYCODE ist a perl-snippet, wherein you
may generate your own previews. Have a look at my_preview.pl
to find an example.
Setting up my_preview=... in your ~/.fontlinge will do the same job.
The --my_preview=MYCODE option will override the setting in your ~/.fontlinge.

This action will not break your database. If you move fonts, the images will
be moved also.
Already existing previews will not be overwritten. If you want that to happen,
you have to set the --forcepreviews option.
