Feed the database
(I expect you to already have created the MySQL-database. If not: Do it.)
Use fontlinge_base --dbinsert ~/fontbase to empty the 'fonts'-database
and create a new one. This command will write the fonts' informations
into a database.
We need this informations for fast family-reunion and dupefinding and
for the Fontlinge WebGUI.
In the following steps you'll read that your database has to be "valid"
and has to be rebuilt if you (or a fontlinge_* tool) have touched any
file in your fontbase folder.
This means that you have to execute the command described on this
page.

You have to update your font database EVERY TIME the content of your
fontbase folder changes, even if a fontlinge_* tool does this!
Note: "~/fontbase" is the folder where your fonts were moved or copied.
It is the folder you used with the fontbase-option or just ~/fontbase.
