{#-
What is printed after a successful login, out of `motd.text`.

This is not part of the core set and is not installed. `/etc/motd` does have
a drop-in directory on systems recent enough -- `/etc/motd.d/`, read by
pam_motd -- but not on all of them, and a core that wrote to whichever one
happened to exist would be two different features wearing one name.

A fleet that copies this gets the file, and whatever the distribution shipped
in it goes. A fleet on a system with `/etc/motd.d/` should point this at
`etc/motd.d/60-detc` instead and leave `/etc/motd` alone, which is the same
  template with a different destination.

The text is written exactly as it was given, and nothing is added to it --
not even a final newline, because a YAML block scalar already ends in one and
a second would be a blank line at the end of every login:

    motd:
      text: |
This node is managed by detc.
        Local changes are overwritten.
